words are SPOKEN,
but no one HEARS,
words are BROKEN,
and so fallen TEARS,
forgotten PLACES,
leave it all BEHIND,
and so fading FACES,
with memories to REMIND,

everything gone AWAY,
with a blink of an EYE,
look for the words to SAY,
ask yourself WHY,
i'll write these PAGES,
my story UNTOLD,
escapes these CAGES,
